The Oratorio San Giorgio Dairy is a company specialized in the production of Parmigiano Reggiano and other dairy products such as ricotta, caciotta, stracchino, mascarpone, tosone, yogurt, panna cotta, and many others. For over 15 years, it has been an indispensable point of reference for me. I've seen it change from the old 1960s/1970s style shop, which was very romantic, to the new one. You feel like family, and the Parmigiano (I buy the 30-month-aged one) is always excellent. Just like everything else. And when I run out, I order it online. They deserve many compliments.
