Availability of products already vacuum-packed, both Parmigiano (in various ages and sizes) and cured meats, as well as fresh filled pasta and tigelle/piadine.

Top-notch courtesy and fair prices. Sometimes you have to wait a bit, but it's a sign of the popularity due to the quality of the products.

For over 15 years, it has been an indispensable point of reference for me. I've seen it change from the old 1960s/1970s style shop, which was very romantic, to the new one. You feel like family, and the Parmigiano (I buy the 30-month-aged one) is always excellent. Just like everything else. And when I run out, I order it online. They deserve many compliments.
