The shop, which has always been attached to the dairy, was completely renovated in 2014.
An important year to remember, which saw the complete renovation of the Store, integrating new spaces and structures, new furnishings, equipment and environments dedicated to the preparation and packaging of products, in addition to Fresh Cheeses, first of all the king of cheeses: the Parmigiano Reggiano, worked by the hands of a skilled master cheese maker.
The restructuring also involved the expansion of the seasoning warehouse and the production department, thus also increasing the number of wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano produced daily.
Inside the store, following a completely sensorial experience, you will find the various maturations of Parmigiano Reggiano including the classic 13, 22, 30 and 40 months, to be combined with the exclusive and unique Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, and also, Tosone and unseasoned soft cheeses such as ricotta, caciotta, stracchino, mascarpone, yogurt, panna cotta, etc.
To complete the eno-gastronomic choice of typical regional products and the ancient Emilian tradition, you can find a wide range of typical local cured meats (ham, salami, coppa, ciccioli, etc.), and also lambrusco, fresh pasta, tigelle, milk , eggs, honey … and many other delicacies to discover.
