A plaque of recognition

We are particularly proud to have received a plaque of recognition for the 85 years of activity of the Caseificio Oratorio San Giorgio by our trade association, or Confcooperative Modena. The cooperative was established in 1933, but the first forms of Parmigiano Reggiano were produced in 1934, and since then we have managed to keep intact the authenticity of the product and the attachment to the territory that distinguishes us, just think that every stall of the our members are no more than 10 km from the Dairy.
