Sure! All the milk used in our dairy is produced exclusively in the farms, members of the cooperative; these are distributed in the territory between Carpi and Correggio. It is our guarantee of a natural, high quality product with respect for tradition.

We can ship our products throughout the European Community.

The vacuum-packed Parmigiano Reggiano can be kept for 6 months, each piece packaged by us bears the expiry date. Once opened, however, it should be kept in the refrigerator, preferably wrapped in food film or in specially made Dairy paper. Otherwise, it can be stored in airtight plastic or glass containers, so that the fat part of the cheese does not absorb the other odors present in the refrigerator.

A bank transfer of the amount we communicate to you is required, after having dissected and packaged what you have ordered.

Sure. Throughout the year we have gift boxes in which you can request the inclusion of both our Parmigiano Reggiano and the other products in our shop.

We are available for guided tours. A telephone contact is required at 059 664029 or sending an email to info@caseificiosangiorgio.it to arrange the day, in order to have an accompanying person and, if necessary, a translator.
