Every morning and evening after milking, the milk from the Cooperative's Farms is delivered to the Dairy. The production of Parmigiano Reggiano involves the exclusive use of milk from the nearby areas of Correggio and Carpi.
Parmigiano Reggiano is a natural and genuine cheese, produced only with natural ingredients: MILK, RENNET, and SALT.
The protected designation of origin is a legal protection mark for the designation granted by the European Union to foods whose specific quality characteristics depend essentially or exclusively on the territory in which they are produced.

The Oratorio San Giorgio Dairy is a company specialized in the production of Parmigiano Reggiano and other dairy products such as ricotta, caciotta, stracchino, mascarpone, tosone, yogurt, panna cotta, and many others. In addition to these dairy products, we also offer a selection of typical cured meats such as prosciutto, salami, coppa, and others, along with Lambrusco wines, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, fresh pasta, tigelle, eggs, milk, honey, and much more.

Top-notch courtesy and fair prices. Sometimes you have to wait a bit, but it's a sign of the popularity due to the quality of the products.
For over 15 years, it has been an indispensable point of reference for me. I've seen it change from the old 1960s/1970s style shop, which was very romantic, to the new one. You feel like family, and the Parmigiano (I buy the 30-month-aged one) is always excellent. Just like everything else. And when I run out, I order it online. They deserve many compliments.
