Strolghino type salami, coppa, spiced white lard and bacon for tigelle, sweet diced bacon, mortadella, prosciutto flake, Parma ham, ciccioli both frolli and campagnoli.
In November and December, both raw and pre-cooked zampone and cotechini are available.
